Curated by Head Chef Nazario Orlando, this Valentine’s set menu is designed to bring out feelings of love and affection through every dish. From the visual presentation to the final taste, every detail is carefully crafted. The Valentine Affetto Package includes:

• Vellutata Di Cavolfiore: Cauliflower, caviar, and egg velouté
• Nidi D’Amore: Tagliolini pasta nest, truffle sauce, egg yolk confit
• Filetto Rossini Ai Fichi: Stockyard Gold Tenderloin, lobster, foie gras, and figs sauce
• Cigni Innamorati: Swan shaped dessert, choux, chocolate cream, orange

To complete the celebration, this February’s Chef Recommendation also features two special dishes available throughout the month of love. The menu includes:

• Parmigiana Di Melanza: Baked eggplant with pomodoro sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano
