This limited time menu is inspired by the tradition of Italian Christmas dining. Warm, flavorful, and all about togetherness. Known for its refined yet soulful take on Italian cuisine, TuttoBono Surabaya invites guests to enjoy the holiday season through authentic and memorable flavors.

Curated by Head Chef Nazario Orlando, this December’s Chef Recommendation menu is rooted in Italian culinary tradition and presented with TuttoBono’s contemporary touch. The festive selection features four special dishes, each created to bring a sense of warmth, indulgence, and celebration:

• Starter: Jamon Iberico Cinco Jotas with melon and truffle gelato
• Garlic Burrata Pizza: Sourdough burrata pizza with crispy garlic
• Primo Risotto: Risotto smoked salmon with omega egg
• Dessert: Choco Caramelia by Cornelia

To complete the dining experience, TuttoBono Surabaya also introduces 3 Christmas themed hampers, each designed to reflect the spirit of the season:

• Lobster Gratin: 500 gr grilled lobster, vegetable gratin, shrimp aglio e olio
