Born in Puglia region, South of Italy known for its seafood specialities. Also worked in England, Grand Hotel in Belgium, and also to Swiss. In Singapore, he works closely with Diego Chiarini & Stephane Colleoni, at OSO Ristorante.
OSO is well known in Singapore as a leisure-authentic Italian dining. OSO went to Jakarta and Nazario led the team for 6 years at ALTITUDE Building in Center Jakarta, known for its prestige fine dining.
Finally, Nazario comes to Surabaya, joining the TUTTOBONO Family.
